We are a 100K SF self-storage building with a truly unique brick-and-mortar exterior and a roof with incredible views of both the Manhattan skyline as well as the industrial and modern glass-and-steel tower skyline of Long Island City. We are located in Long Island City, easily accessible to 495 (Long Island Expressway) and Manhattan via the Queens Midtown Tunnel. The facility is literally on the Dutch Kills inlet/waterway (see pictures). We have an extra-wide, covered loading dock (accessed by two roll up garage doors) able to accommodate all types of trucks, vans and cars for the photo shoots and film production requirements. Inside, we are a four floor (basement and three floors), climate-controlled, super clean and well-lit storage facility. Our storage units have white walls and blue roll doors on concrete floors and exposed, industrial ceilings. We have a break room that can be used as an office/make up room.
